Meijer is seeking a dedicated store leader to plan, direct, and supervise day-to-day operations across departments. You will mentor staff, drive customer service excellence, and align store activities with company standards and prime shopping hours.

The role requires 2-3 years retail experience with at least one year in a management capacity. You will hire staff, manage scheduling, monitor P&L, and promote a safe, friendly shopping environment through the Meijer Friendly Initiative.

Competenze

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in store areas beneficial.
• Strong communication and direction-giving ability.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and address root causes.
• Experience analyzing financial and sales data preferred.
