Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to drive guest experience and store excellence. You will lead hourly team members, plan daily operations, and partner with leadership to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team by planning daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Coach and train hourly team members to build a capable, guest-focused team.
• Manage stock, pricing, signing, and merchandising to ensure store readiness.
• Support daily operations including shipping, receiving, and backroom organization.
