Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist the Retail Manager in unit operations, floor management, staff oversight, inventory control, and maintaining the quality of service. The role emphasizes fostering a team environment that delivers exceptional guest experiences while ensuring staff perform at a high level.

Responsibilities include supervising cashiers, training hourly staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor's or Business Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail.
• Demonstrated strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.
• Handle guests' complaints and resolve them per customer service standards.
• Supervise setup and maintenance of retail area and cashier stations.
• Process sales in POS accurately and efficiently; assist clerks as needed.
• Assist in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, disciplining, and directing staff.
