Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Retail Supervisor (Hourly) to assist the Retail Manager in operations, inventory, and floor management. You will help drive financial goals and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring staff perform at a high level.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred), and strong leadership and customer service skills. This is a full-time, on-site position at Flamingo, FL.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints per standards.
