Timberland in Detroit seeks a Supervisory leader to drive store performance and guest experiences. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and align merchandising with brand standards to optimize sales and profitability.

You will partner with store leadership to foster an inclusive, high-energy team culture, mentor staff, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail or store leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and build high-performing, diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
