T-Mobile is seeking a results-driven Retail Team Leader to guide the store team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. You will coach staff, ensure product knowledge, and oversee daily operations to maintain a high-performance environment.

The role emphasizes leadership in coaching conversations, staff development, and adherence to store procedures, with compensation reflecting base pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence.
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance.
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards.
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives.
• Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination.
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
