Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Retail Team Leader to support store leadership in delivering customer-focused service and sales outcomes. You will guide the team through coaching, training, and operational management to maintain standards and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include driving sales targets, coaching staff, managing store operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for the role.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong coaching and leadership capabilities for guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives
• Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
