New Balance in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Retail Team Lead to coach staff, open/close the store, and drive results while delivering a world class guest experience.

You will lead by example, recruit and train associates, manage schedules, and ensure operational standards in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 18+, 2 years supervisory experience preferred, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Drive results by training and developing the team to meet KPIs.
• May assist store manager with scheduling and floor moves.
• Deliver a great guest experience using our service model.
• Maintain operations: opening/closing, inventory, procedures.
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing top talent.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations.
