Job summary

New Balance is hiring for a Retail Team Lead in Brentwood, CA. This full-time role supports the Retail Leadership Team by opening/closing the store, driving results, and delivering a world-class guest experience.

You will lead by example through New Balance’s core competencies and coach associates on customer service and operations. The ideal candidate has 2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a flexible schedule to meet weekend and holiday needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor, coaching and communicating professionally with associates.
• Drive store results and KPIs through training and development of staff.
• May assist store manager in creating the schedule and leading floor moves.
• Deliver a great guest experience using the GUEST service model.
• Maintain operational excellence: opening/closing, inventory, procedures.
• Involve in recruiting/interviewing/hiring top talent.
