New Balance is seeking a Retail Team Lead in Littleton, CO to guide the sales floor, coach staff, and drive results while delivering a world-class guest experience. You will support opening/closing, scheduling, and daily operations as part of a high-performing retail team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years' retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach teammates professionally.
• Drive store results through training and development of associates.
• Assist the store manager with scheduling and floor moves as needed.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences using the GUEST service model.
• Maintain operations: opening/closing, inventory control, procedures.
• Participate in recruiting/interviewing/hiring of top talent.
• Adhere to safety and reporting regulations and lifting requirements.
