Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to support daily store management and customer service. The role includes training staff, processing sales, and ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting.

You will participate in safety checks, assist with inventory and open/close procedures, and uphold Goodwill policies while delivering excellent service to shoppers and donors alike.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in service skills.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Assist in daily reports and store operations.
• Support sales, stocking, and item processing.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow safety policies.
