Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to manage the daily operations of donated merchandise and lead a team in a retail setting, aligning with our mission to support programs that train and assist people toward independence. The role reports to Store Leaders and includes overseeing customer service, budgeting, training, safety compliance, and maintaining store appearance.

Candidates should have supervisory experience, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and a commitment

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Associates degree or completion of related retail management coursework preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory experience with 12+ employees in retail, manufacturing, production or related field.
• Must be 21 years old with a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Must speak/read/write English; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Hire, train, motivate and supervise store personnel to meet operational standards.
• Greet, assist and provide excellent customer service to donors/customers.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepare daily reports and monitor budgets and expenditures.
