Training and supervision experience are valued as part of daily responsibilities. Starting pay is $17.10 per hour plus benefits, with a pathway to growth through our internal programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer service skills.
• Prepare daily reports and balance cash drawers.
• Open/close cash registers and handle cash accurately.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and safety drills conducted.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
