Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and operations issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits, receiving shipments, and communicating directives.
• Set daily goals for the team and provide performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors rooted in Our Values.
• Create connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and visual standards in the store.
