Bath & Body Works seeks a dedicated Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work with the Sales Leadership Team to execute plans that drive growth and store performance.

Ideal candidates are skilled in coaching, communication, and maintaining an engaging in-store experience, while meeting operational goals and upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, customer service, and operations results in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to coach others.
• Available to work peak days, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team to improve results.
• Open and close routines including bank deposits and shipment handling.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results and accountability.
• Maintain safety standards and keep the store clean and engaging.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties as required.
