Job summary

The North Face, part of VF Outdoor, is hiring a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will coach associates, supervise daily operations, and help drive sales while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

With 1+ years in retail leadership and a High School Diploma or equivalent, you will mentor the team, manage shifts, and ensure merchandising and safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, with hands-on achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Support the store's leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.
• Maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to store success.
• Open/close procedures, floor coverage, task delegation, and stockroom operations.
• Train and onboard new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
