Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Boutique Team Leader for our University Village boutique. You will lead a dynamic team, coach sales associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Patience for day-to-day challenges and resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot.
• Effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
• Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive results as manager on duty, maximizing store productivity and customer relationships.
• Coach sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and product knowledge.
• Delight customers with tastings and build a strong customer base to boost sales.
• Inspire team leadership through coaching and training to drive performance.
• Maintain store standards: cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory and cash processes.
