Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring a Nashville-based Retail Operations Assistant Manager to oversee boutique operations, inventory, and compliance. You will partner with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Sales Manager to ensure seamless store performance and exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail or service, a proactive leadership style, and a focus on safety and efficiency. This role may require open/closing shifts and some weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years' experience in retail or customer service industry related profession.
• Experience in operations or back of house preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations and Inventory Management: manage inventory, stock shipments, and safety protocols.
• IT Systems Management: troubleshoot tech issues and manage IT tickets for back-of-house operations.
• Store Services: train employees on coffee roasting, engraving, and tasting bar.
• Omni Services Coordination: fulfill orders including same-day delivery and online in-store pickups.
• Operational Efficiencies: identify improvement areas and apply TQM principles.
• Compliance Oversight: ensure health, safety, environmental policy compliance and audits.
• Team Leadership and Development: coach a small back-of-house team and act as MOD for front-of-house.
