PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to deliver an outstanding in-store experience for customers, driving sales and upholding the PUMA brand values. You will support leadership in recruitment, scheduling, and merchandise management while upholding store standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to non-traditional hours. Base pay ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, with bonus and benefits available.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years' experience in customer service-focused retail, preferably apparel/footwear.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information to groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and use basic computer skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds during shifts.

Aufgaben

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales and service.
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession of employees.
• Responsible for payroll control and service driven scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering service.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and/or Assistant Store Manager.
• Responsible for inventory and shrink goals; manage physical counts.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with all Policies, Procedures, core competencies and accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
