Job summary

Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone in-store and help bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll drive profitable sales growth through store operations, merchandising, and talent development, partnering with the GM to coach Leads and Brand Associates toward a best-in-class experience.

You’ll recruit and develop teams, implement action plans, and ensure compliance with procedures while promoting omni-channel shopping.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication to interact with customers and team.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability with a customer-centric approach.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent SOP execution.
