Job summary

Bass Pro Shops, Rogers, AR, is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, pricing, and customer service. You will help staff the department, coordinate training, and ensure a productive, customer-focused environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail sales with supervisory abilities; strong product knowledge and excellent communication are essential to drive sales and deliver outstanding service. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of associates in the department.
• Support sales goals and store metrics.
• Maintain pricing, planograms, and merchandising directives.
• Provide excellent customer service and product demos.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates and interview candidates.
• Coordinate training and schedule weekly work.
• Resolve customer and associate issues with management.
