Strong leadership, budgeting, and merchandising skills are required, along with the ability to work evenings and weekends. This exempt leadership role involves strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in daily store activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience in retail or business settings.
• Strong leadership and people development skills with customer-service focus.
• Ability to manage store operations, staffing, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations with accountability for profitability.
• Lead hiring, training, and coaching of leadership and frontline staff.
• Drive performance metrics including sales and donorship targets.
• Ensure merchandising standards, donation flow, and loss prevention.
• Support reporting, scheduling, and cash handling processes.
