Job summary

New Balance in Suburban Square, PA is seeking a full-time Retail Team Lead to open/close the store, drive results and deliver a world class guest experience. You will lead by example through New Balance’s core competencies.

You will supervise the sales floor, coach associates, assist with scheduling, manage inventory and support recruiting. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required to meet the needs of a thriving retail business.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates
• Drive results by training and developing staff to meet store KPIs
• Assist store manager with scheduling and floor moves
• Deliver a great guest experience using our guest service model
• Maintain operational procedures, inventory control and safety compliance
• Involve in recruiting, interviewing and hiring top talent
