Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for candidates with store leadership roles.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using our service model.
• Assist in all store departments: POS, customer service, merchandising and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with management to meet sales goals.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining service standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador and stay informed about product collaborations and launches.
• Follow asset protection, inventory control and compliance procedures.
