Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for HEYDUDE in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will lead the store team to deliver memorable customer experiences, drive sales, and manage opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and daily operations to keep the store business-ready. The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience with store leadership, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Lead store team to deliver sales and daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with Store Manager, coordinating tasks across teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
• Adhere to HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
• Models best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance and KPI growth.
