Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support store management to achieve sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Open/close procedures and daily team management; maintain brand standards and asset protection.
