Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Lakewood, CO seeks a Team Leader for HEYDUDE retail to drive customer experiences and lead store operations. You’ll open/close, manage cash, and keep the store business-ready while coaching teammates on selling and service standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail with leadership exposure, a flexible schedule, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. This role participates in an incentive program and supports multiple store functions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences through our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to hit sales goals.
• Assist in POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Ensure timely follow-up and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of product collaborations and launches to engage customers.
• Follow Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance policies.
