Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for our Milpitas store to drive customer experiences and support daily operations. You will lead a small team on shift, assist customers with product selection, and ensure checkout flow and stockroom processes run smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for upholding Crocs’ service standards, coaching teammates, and contributing to sales goals during peak periods. A flexible, part-time schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience with leadership exposure preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older and comfortable standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences following Crocs in-store standards.
• Assist in all store operations including POS, merchandising, and stockroom tasks.
• Lead by example to help the team reach sales goals through selling techniques.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and store recovery to keep the store business-ready.
• Stay informed on product launches and collaborations to engage customers.
