Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two+ years of experience in operations, production, retail, or donation processing.
• Experience in customer service and working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and donors with prompt, courteous service.
• Lead, train, and coach team members in daily tasks to promote efficiency.
• Oversee pricing, sorting, and rotation of donated goods.
• Assist with processing donations and ensuring proper categorization.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and ensure cash handling accuracy.
