Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor's or Business Degree preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities; able to lead a team; able to problem-solve.
• Strong customer service abilities; proactively assists customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction and handle complaints per customer service standards.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of retail area and cashier stations for quality standards.
• Process sales in POS accurately and help clerks as needed.
• Assist in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, disciplining, and directing staff; train hourly employees for peak performance.
• Maintain safe facility environment and report safety or quality issues to management.
• Assist with inventory procedures and stock organization.
