Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, coach team members, and ensure high standards of guest service in the store. The role involves supervising cash handling, POS operations, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment.

The supervisor will ensure adherence to safety and store policies, manage vendor check-ins, and support flexible scheduling including possible day, night, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping is completed and upkeep of clean conditions.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to keep in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
