Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to lead guest-focused service and daily store operations. You will oversee scheduling, merchandising, signing, and inventory coordination to meet sales goals while coaching hourly team members for performance and growth.

In this role, you will drive a safety- and compliance-minded culture, collaborate with other teams, and model ethical leadership. A dynamic, customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture on your team.
• Retail fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies.
• Leading a team by planning department daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals, with guidance from your direct leader, while driving process improvements.
