Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a part-time Keyholder in Phoenix, AZ to deliver friendly customer service, assist with merchandise selection and sales, and support daily store operations. You will help manage inventory, support deliveries, and assist in opening/closing duties when managers are unavailable.

Role requires flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends and holidays; prior retail leadership experience is preferred. Join a team focused on accuracy, courtesy and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Retail management experience preferred in grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with merchandise selection.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and inventory control.
• Open/close responsibilities in absence of Store Manager/ASM; supervise cashiers and help with deposits.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and support deliveries/replenishment.
