Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and overall store appearance; ensure promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, keeping records (payroll, scheduling, cash deposits).
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect store assets including cash and ensure policy compliance by staff.
• Help supervise, train, and develop store associates; maintain a positive environment.
