Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a part-time associate to deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with merchandise selection, and process sales at the register. You will help maintain a clean, organized store, support daily store operations, and assist with opening/closing procedures when management is unavailable.

The role requires a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Provides exceptional customer service and greets customers.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Ensures store policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and checkout.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and assist with inventory and replenishment.
• Support Store Manager with daily activities and opening/closing duties when needed.
• Assist in unloading merchandise and transferring stock from backroom to store.
• Provide operational assistance to cashiers and maintain accurate records.
