Job summary

Family Dollar in Ft. Thomas, AZ is seeking a Part-time Third Keyholder to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise, and support store operations. You will help open/close, manage inventory, and ensure the sales floor is welcoming and well stocked.

You will train team members on store standards, handle POS transactions, and assist the Store Manager with daily tasks. This role requires flexible scheduling, physical stamina, and a customer‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with merchandise selection and sales transactions.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities, maintain inventory levels, support deliveries and replenishment, and ensure store cleanliness and appearance.
• Open or close the store in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, and provide operational assistance to cashiers.
