Job summary

Perry Ellis International, Inc. is seeking a proactive Supervisor Key Holder to support Store Manager in all operations and drive sales performance in our Golf Apparel Shop locations.

You will help manage staff, ensure visual standards, train associates, coordinate replenishment and promotions, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting store goals. The role offers a dynamic retail environment with opportunities to grow within the company’s golf and tennis lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and train others.
• Flexible availability and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and sales management.
• Maintain visual standards and store appearance.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and promote merchandise to customers.
• Support staffing and payroll alignment with business needs.
• Communicate loss prevention and safety practices to the team.
• Provide training and guidance to sales associates.
• Contribute to promotional execution and inventory management.
