Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to assist the Store Manager in operations and sales management. You will help ensure customer satisfaction, merchandise execution, and staff guidance to meet company directives.

The role requires 1-2 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and strong verbal/written communication. Expect a dynamic, customer-focused environment with daily responsibilities across merchandising, training, and loss prevention coordination.

• Promotes merchandise and demonstrates product knowledge to customers.
• Shares vision and plans execution of store strategy with corporate and district initiatives.
• Understands reports and analysis of business trends and inventory opportunities.
• Prioritizes workflow through planning and time management.
• Supports staffing levels based on trends and payroll guidelines.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and operations.
• Communicates loss prevention occurrences to management and LP.
• Supports supervision and motivates staff.
