Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist with store and donation center operations, supervise staff, and drive customer service excellence. You will help merchandise, train associates, and ensure security and cash controls while achieving revenue targets.

Based in Illinois, the role requires flexible hours, forklift certification (preferred), and the ability to coordinate staff coverage, greet customers, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and retain forklift certification.
• Work varied schedule and flexible hours; a minimum of two closing shifts per week and every other weekend as scheduled. Additional nights and weekend shifts may be required to meet business needs.
• Must have working phone that allows for communication accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and assist with donations and customer service.
• Motivate the team to meet customer satisfaction and production standards, driving revenue goals.
• Operate the service experience, manage tills, and ensure proper cash controls.
• Oversee training and coaching of employees to maximize productivity and collaboration.
