Job summary

Nike Factory Pigeon Forge in Tennessee is seeking a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to lead customer service and store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will guide a team, ensure top service, and help customers find the right products with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

You will model Nike's Service Principles, manage cash and stock, and participate in store events while supporting teammates to hit goals and deliver an exceptional consumer journey.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
