Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to drive exceptional customer service and sales performance in our Dickinson, ND store. You will lead store partners, develop product knowledge, manage merchandising, and assist with daily operations to exceed store goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork and a commitment to Boot Barn values. Flexibility for varied shifts, a strong focus on customer experience, and the ability to support store-wide initiatives are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
• Process merchandise and complete sales transactions accurately at POS.
