Job summary

Rothy’s is seeking a Keyholder in Lone Tree, CO to lead by example on the sales floor, coach teammates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You’ll help maintain brand standards, mentor staff, and support smooth store operations as part of the leadership team.

You’ll collaborate with teammates to deliver Rothy’s Experience, drive sales, and engage local communities through events, while upholding our dress code and store protocols.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience supporting merchandising, shipments, or stockroom leadership.
• Desire to grow leadership skills.
• Ability to stand/walk during shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, and use ladders safely.
• Wear Rothy’s shoes as part of dress code.
• Availability to work at least 40 hours/week including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Drive personal and team sales results while coaching teammates.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through clienteling.
• Assist with in-store events and activations to engage the local community.
• Support onboarding and training to reinforce store standards and product knowledge.
