Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run day-to-day store operations, enhance customer service, and develop the team.

Duties include assisting with store functions, organizing merchandise from delivery to floor, handling opening/closing, payroll and scheduling, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales area.

This role emphasizes safety, policy adherence, and providing a positive environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store operations and daily activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
