Homesense at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership and provide exceptional customer service. The role alternates with Coordinator duties and requires open availability, including nights and weekends. You will model strong customer interactions and help maintain store operations.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, leadership exposure, and the ability to coach Associates while ensuring policy compliance and efficient store execution.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates
• Coaches and provides feedback to Associates; supports training needs
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes safety and a positive store environment
• Other duties as assigned
