Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, coach team members, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining store standards.

You will oversee staffing, merchandising, and cash handling, contributing to a fun, inclusive workplace and achieving company objectives. This role requires flexibility and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales results while minimizing loss.

• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty and handle scheduling issues when Store Manager is away.
• Lead and coach store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Recruit, train and supervise store personnel and enforce policies.
• Drive selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Manage cash handling and daily till procedures.
• Support inventory audits and stock integrity.
