Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a dynamic retail environment. You will lead daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues and customer escalations.
• Lead and train store associates through LIDS training programs and set goals.
• Administer disciplinary steps and maintain a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Schedule and staff the store, including coverage during peak periods.
• Recruit and train staff on store operations and procedures.
• Enforce company policies and safeguard inventory and assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
