Rack Room Shoes in Hopkinsville, KY seeks a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations, train staff, and ensure compliance with company policies. In cooperation with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will lead front-line service and operational excellence.

This role may be full- or part-time management. You will oversee cash handling, inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention while striving to meet sales and service goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• An approved background check is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Managerial and organizational skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience; uphold service standards.
• Oversee POS transactions, loyalty, discounts, refunds, opening/closing procedures.
• Inventory control including shipping/receiving, price changes, markdowns and physical inventory.
• Merchandising and visual presentation to company standards; signage and upkeep.
• Payroll control: scheduling, payroll budget compliance, time & attendance.
• Training and development of direct reports; reinforce customer service standards.
• Loss prevention and safeguarding company assets.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet store goals.
