Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Lead to coach and develop Team Members in the assigned zone, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge. You will oversee daily merchandising, planogram execution, and price changes to support store goals.

Responsibilities include training and motivating a diverse team, coordinating with resets, and promoting Fleet Farm loyalty programs. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1-3 years of retail or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse team including full-time and part-time members.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and lead Team Members within assigned zone.
• Assign, prioritize, and execute daily merchandising needs.
• Provide in-aisle customer service and experience.
• Ensure proper facing of products and zone recovery.
• Execute price changes and tabloid set processes consistently.
• Coordinate with Resets and Project Coordinator for floor merchandising changes.
• Read and implement planograms by deadlines.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and initiatives.
