Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences through trip assurance, merchandizing, and strong product knowledge. You will train and lead Team Members, manage daily merchandising, and ensure accurate planograms and price changes.

The role emphasizes in-aisle service, zone recovery, and promotion of loyalty programs, with a focus on coaching a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• 1-3 years of previous related retail or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and lead Team Members within assigned zone.
• Assign, prioritize, and execute daily merchandising needs.
• Provide in-aisle customer service and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure proper facing of products and general recovery of the zone.
• Execute price changes and tabloid set processes consistently.
• Coordinate with Resets and Project Coordinator for merchandising resets and off-shelf changes.
• Read and implement planograms by deadlines.
• Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other initiatives.
