Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to direct and motivate a diverse team of full-time and part-time members.
• Demonstrated decisiveness and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and lead Team Members within assigned zone.
• Assign, prioritize, and execute daily merchandising needs.
• Provide in-aisle customer service and experience.
• Ensure proper product facing and zone recovery.
• Execute price changes and tabloid set processes consistently.
• Coordinate with Resets and Project Coordinator for floor merchandising resets and off-shelf changes.
• Read and implement planograms based on deadlines.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card, and other initiatives.
